At Café Swasthya, we aim to provide the best service to our customers. Due to the nature of our bakery products and the high standards we maintain in production and delivery, we have specific guidelines regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Return Policy

Please note that all bakery items are exempt from being returned once dispatched. We do not accept returns after the item has been shipped from our center. We invest considerable time and resources in baking to order, packaging, and shipping the items to ensure they reach you safely.

2. Refunds on Canceled Orders (Before Dispatch)

If you wish to cancel your order, we allow cancellations only before the item has been dispatched from our facility. To request a cancellation, please contact us via email at info@cafeswasthya.in.

Once we receive your cancellation request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection. If your cancellation request is approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • Online Payment Orders: A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, debit card, or wallet) within 7-10 working days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: No refund will be processed for COD orders that are canceled before dispatch, as no payment has been made.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stipulated period, please check your bank or credit card statement to verify whether the refund has been processed.

4. Discounted Items

Please note that discounted or promotional items are not eligible for cancellation or refund. Cancellations are only accepted on regularly priced items.
