One of the standout features of Café Swasthya is the 'Prakriti Quiz,' which helps customers understand their body-mind constitution by scanning a QR code on the tent card placed on each table. This optional quiz guides patrons in making choices that suit their unique needs.
The Prakriti Quiz consists of a set of 15-17 questions that takes only 5 minutes to complete. The result shows the Vata, Pitta, and Kapha composition in a percentage format for each unique body constitution.
The customer has the option to use the results to help select items from the menu that display the V, P and K balancing symbols.
This customer engagement activity is designed to empower the customer to learn about their body and mind, and make choices with a greater sense of awareness. This also, helps them to choose and purchase the most suited Ayurvedic products for themselves.
