This goes beyond the food the mother eats, or the lifestyle she leads.* Akshi will further talk about the ‘16 Sanskars’ described in the Ayurveda that play a key role in the human life cycle, and how deeply the mother plays a significant role in the physical, mental and spiritual development of the child.

A modern Indian wear label rooted in heritage, shaped for the way we live today, where comfort, beauty, and self-expression exist without compromise.
Crafted in natural fabrics like cotton, chanderi and linen, Cīra garments are designed to feel effortless on the body - easy, breathable, and quietly expressive.
The brand draws from a legacy that views the individual as a powerful, expressive being, while also remaining deeply personal in its inspiration, the founder’s grandmother, Nayanamma, whose love for _shringaar_ blossomed later in life. Her grace and ease continue to echo through the way each piece is imagined.
Every garment is handcrafted with intention, one of a kind, made to be lived in, and to evolve into a language of self-expression that feels natural, personal, and enduring.
