After receiving false delivery alerts for five days, my parcel was finally delivered on 28/01/2026.
Upon inspection, the outer carton has a hole in it, and the internal small carton of coconut cookies is also damaged. It appears that rodents have compromised the packaging; one packet of cookies was opened and the contents were consumed. I have attached photos of the damaged parcel to this email for your reference.
Please arrange for a replacement of the damaged coconut cookies. Additionally, I would like to bring to your attention significant issues with your delivery partner. Despite receiving automated WhatsApp alerts, the delivery personnel failed to visit the address or contact me, incorrectly marking the status as "consignee not available." I request that you address this with them to ensure timely and reliable service in the future.
Please confirm receipt of this email and advise on the next steps for the replacement.
